Yntra Labs is building LSM, a large simulation model for decisions that need more than retrospective analytics. The thesis is simple: important action should be observed, framed, simulated, and compared before it becomes irreversible.

Why simulation

Most institutional decisions are made from fragmented reality. Operational signals, field reports, market context, enterprise records, and leadership judgment often live in separate systems. LSM exists to turn that fragmented reality into a decision object that can be tested.

The closed loop

SPASHA observes reality. AGNYA simulates possible futures. LSM gives the system a way to model proxies, stakeholders, incentives, reactions, and second-order effects around a constrained problem statement.

What comes next

The first phase is engine proof: train proprietary systems, run focused pilots, define measurable success metrics, and keep improving the loop with real-world feedback.
